Full-Time GoHighLevel Ops Lead (Funnels + Automations + AI Agents)

Axis Marketing is hiring an operator to manage our GoHighLevel backend across multiple clients. If you can build clean funnels, complex workflows (custom values + webhooks), and AI conversation/voice agents without breaking things, you’ll love this role.

Role Details

Compensation & Job Details

  • $1,000–$2,000 CAD/month to start (based on skill)

  • 100% remote

  • Performance raises as you take ownership

  • Must be available 10 AM – 6 PM EST

You’re a fit if you can:

  • Build beautiful GHL landing pages (mobile-first, fast, clean)

  • Build complex automations (custom values, conditional logic, webhooks, integrations)

  • Tweak and manage Conversation AI + Voice AI agents inside GHL

  • Set up email marketing + deliverability basics

  • Troubleshoot client issues calmly and fast

  • Keep systems organized, documented, and stable

Not a fit if:

  • You need hand-holding, can’t explain your work clearly in English, or you don’t have real builds to show.
